Strong earthquake jolts Sindh, Balochistan cities

A strong earthquake measuring 5.6 on Richter Scale jolted a number of cities in Sindh and Balochistan on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The earthquake tremors were felt in Larkana, Shahdadkot and surrounding areas in Sindh while in Balochistan cities of Khuzdar, Naseerabad, Dhadar and Jhal Magsi reported strong jolts a little before noon.
According to the National Seismological Centre in Islamabad, the earthquake’s intensity was recorded as 5.6 and the epicenter of the earthquake was 70 kilometers north-west of Shahdadkot, at the Balochistan-Sindh border area while the depth of the earthquake was 13 kilometers.
No loss of life and property was reported so far.
