FCC to hear suo moto notice of Arshad Sharif murder case tomorrow

Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) will hear suo motu notice against the murder of journalist Arshad Sharif on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

A two-member bench headed by Justice Aamir Farooq will hear the case. The Court has already issued notices to Ministry of Interior, FIA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, IB and PFUJ. 

The Federal Constitutional Court has sought a report on the investigation.
