Humaira Asghar's landlord breaks silence

Humaira Asghar's landlord has come forward with his version of events, shedding light on a legal dispute that spanned several years, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

The landlord revealed that Humaira Asghar first rented the apartment in 2018. While her initial agreement expired in 2019, the actress remained silent on whether she intended to renew it or no.

He claimed that several complaints about Humaira allegedly being involved in arguments were received and when asked to vacate the premises reportedly refused.

“In 2021, we filed a case with the CBC (Cantonment Board Clifton),” the landlord said. “Notices were sent to Humaira in both Lahore and Karachi, but we received no response.”

He added that the court ruled in their favor, yet despite the legal notices, the apartment was never vacated. The last rent payment, he said, was made in May 2024.
