Man arrested for replacing brother in FIA test in Sukkur

In a swift action, a vigilance team of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a man who was appearing in an FIA test being held for the post of constable in Sukkur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Police said that the fake candidate, Ali Murtaza, was appearing in the test at the examination centre established in the Virtual University in Sukkur.

During the initial investigation, the accused admitted his crime. The Federal Investigation Agency recommended stopping and suspending the examination results.

Later, police filed a case no. 150/2026 in Abad Police Station in Sukkur. Federal Investigation Agency, Sukkur, said that the examination process will be transparent and purely on merit.

The FIA vowed to take stern legal action against all those persons who are involved in forgery and cheating.
