PCB eying 4 venues for next PSL

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is planning to hold the matches of the next Pakistan Super League (PSL) in four different venues.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the details of PSL’s expenses and other economic issues will be sent to the franchises next week.

As per sources, there was a delay in making the expenses for the season five and six of the premium tournament due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

Squad for series against West Indies 

The squad of the Pakistan cricket team will be announced on May 23. 

The camp ahead of the series will begin on May 29 or June 1.

When the squad will be finalized, the cricketers who are playing county cricket in England will be called for the national duty. However, PCB has not summoned any of the players, who are busy playing county in England.

Rawalpindi is the first option to hold series against the West Indies.  As a backup plan, PCB is also considering Multan.

Squad for the Netherlands, Sri Lanka’s tour

The Pakistani team that will take on the Netherlands and Sri Lanka will be announced on June 13.
