November 14, 2021 04:36 AM

An accountability court (AC) in Sukkur on Saturday granted an interim bail to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh President Nisar Khuhro in the food department corruption case of worth of billions of rupees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Later talking to the media outside the court, Khuhro said that it was Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) which had laid down the foundation of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), an opposition parties’ alliance.

He said PPP was asked by other PDM parties to seek an apology; something that was alien to the very idea of an ‘alliance’.

PPP Sindh president said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leaders should first of all make it clear that whether they were on the side of Pakistan or the man sitting in London.

He said it was unfortunate that the government had made it a habit to hold PPP government in Sindh responsible for the price hike.
