AJK High Court orders transfer, posting of several judges

The High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Monday approved the transfer and posting of several judges and officers. 
According to a notification issued with the approval of the chief justice of the High Court, Farooq Mahmood has been posted district and sessions judge Muzaffarabad, Javed Ahmed district and sessions judge Mirpur, Chaudhry Muhammad Fayyaz district and sessions judge Bagh and Syed Waseem Ahmed Gilani district and sessions judge Neelum.
Abdul Waheed Mughal has been posted district and sessions judge Havelian; Raheel Razi Shafi additional sessions judge, family court, Bagh; Sardar Shah Zaman additional sessions judge, family court, Jhelum Valley; and Rashid Iftikhar Hashmi additional sessions judge Pani.
Mutual transfers of additional and sessions judges have also been implemented in several other districts. The judicial officers have been directed to take charge of their new offices within the given time.
