Friends star Jennifer Aniston plans snowy Christmas getaway with boyfriend Jim Curtis

Jennifer Aniston is embracing the holiday spirit with a change of scenery this year, as she plans festive trips with her boyfriend, wellness coach and hypnotist Jim Curtis, during their first holiday season as a couple.

According to People, the Morning Show star recently spent Thanksgiving with Curtis in New York City and has now finalised her travel plans for the rest of the holidays.

A source told the publication that the actress has “a trip to the snow planned” for Christmas, followed by “a sunny trip for New Year’s,” with everything already booked and ready to go.

“The holidays are when she slows down, truly enjoys her house and spends time with the people she loves,” the insider shared. “She’s very happy to be spending it with Jim this year.”

Aniston, 56, is known for going all out during the festive season. The source added that she insists on having a real Christmas tree every year and loves decorating her home to create a warm, cosy atmosphere.

Traditionally, the actress prefers to stay home for Christmas, hosting gatherings and welcoming close friends, but this year marks a departure from her usual routine.

“Jen loves this time of year,” the insider said, noting that things feel different now that her relationship with Curtis has grown more serious.

While the exact destination for the Christmas getaway has not been revealed, Aniston has previously favoured winter retreats such as Telluride, Colorado, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

She has been spotted enjoying snowy vacations in the past with friends, including Jimmy Kimmel, Jason Bateman and their families. Coincidentally, she also spent Christmas trips in similar destinations during her marriage to Justin Theroux.

Sources previously revealed that Aniston and Curtis spent months getting to know each other earlier this year, beginning as friends before their relationship turned romantic.

 “She was cautious at first,” an insider said, adding that Aniston now feels excited and describes the relationship as something that “feels like kismet.”
