Motorcycle crash leaves four dead, two critical in Phool Nagar

Four young men were killed and two others critically injured in a collision between two motorcycles in Phool Nagar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the report, the accident occurred on Head Balloki Road near a private textile mill, where the motorcycles collided with force, leaving multiple riders dead at the scene. 

The victims were later identified as Hasnain, 23, Waseem, 21, Umer, 20, and Ali Hassan, 22. Two others, Niaz, 40, and Khalid, 35, sustained critical injuries.

Rescue 1122 officials said emergency teams reached the site shortly after receiving reports of the crash and transported both the deceased and the injured to the Trauma Centre in Phool Nagar for medico-legal formalities and treatment.

The latest incident comes months after another fatal accident in the same locality, underscoring the dangers faced by motorcyclists. In October 2025, a speeding container truck crushed a motorcycle on the Bahawalnagar Bypass on Multan Road, killing a father and his two young children as they travelled from Habibabad to Lahore.

The victims in that incident were identified as Waseem, 35, and his sons Hameedullah, aged three, and Samiullah, aged four. A 30-year-old woman, Rehana, was seriously injured and shifted to the hospital for treatment.
