A 13-year-old girl was injured on Friday as the Indian Army continued unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Azad Kashmir.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), media wing of the Pakistan Army, the Indian Army fired mortar shells across the Line of Control in Nezapir and Rakhchikri sectors. As a result, a teen girl was injured critically in Fatehpur village and she was later shifted to a nearby hospital. The ISPR said the Indian Army was intentionally targeting the civilian population.
