Two youngsters shot dead in their sleep in Kharian

Two young men were killed when unidentified assailants opened fire on them while they were asleep at an outhouse in Dhoria Deh area of tehsil Kharian, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Both men were later identified as Naeem who was 31 years old while Mujeeb was 33 years old. The youngsters were residents of Dhoria.

Soon after receiving the report of the incident, a team from Saddar Police Station reached the spot and collected evidence from the crime scene.

Police after registering a case of murder and taking the dead bodies into custody started investigation. The police also constituted raiding teams to apprehend the culprits at the earliest. 

Police sources said that the accused who committed this heinous crime will be awarded an exemplary punishment as per law.
