Online registration of property documents challenged in LHC

The online registration of the documents for the sale and purchase of property has been challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

The court summoned the Punjab advocate general for assistance at the next hearing.

The court also issued a notice to the chief secretary, Punjab Land Record Authority and others and sought their response.

Justice Muzammil Akhtar Shabbir conducted the hearing on the plea of Shahzad Ahmed.
