Investigators made a major breakthrough in the Islamabad suicide bombing as four more facilitators of the bomber, led from Afghanistan, have been arrested, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a joint operation by the Intelligence Bureau and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), four members of the TTP/Fitna al-Khwarij’s terrorist cell involved in the attack on the G-11 Judicial Complex Islamabad were arrested.

Those arrested in connection with the bombing, which killed 12 people and wounded dozens, were linked to the TTP. "The network was handled and guided at every step by the... high command based in Afghanistan," a government statement said, adding that the cell's alleged commander and three other members were in custody.

During the investigation, the suicide bomber’s handler Sajidullah alias “Sheena” confessed that the commander of the TTP/Fitna al-Khwarij, Saeed-ur-Rehman alias “Dadullah”, contacted through the Telegram app and directed them to carry out a suicide attack in Islamabad.

He said Saeed-ur-Rehman alias Dad Akbar Charmkang Bajaur, currently residing in Afghanistan, is the TTP’s intelligence chief.

The suicide attack was carried out to cause maximum casualties to the law enforcement agencies.

Dadullah sent Sajidullah alias Sheena pictures of the suicide bomber Usman alias “Qari” so that he could receive him in Pakistan.

The suicide bomber, Usman alias “Qari”, belonged to the Shinwari tribe and was a resident of Achin, Nangarhar, Afghanistan.

When the suicide bomber reached Pakistan from Afghanistan, Sajidullah alias “Sheena” kept him in a suburb of Islamabad.

On the instructions of Dadullah, the commander of TTP/Fitna al-Khwarij in Afghanistan, Sajidullah alias Sheena obtained a suicide jacket from Akhan Baba Graveyard in Peshawar and brought it to Islamabad.

On the day of the explosion, Sajidullah fitted the suicide jacket on to the suicide bomber, Usman alias “Qari”.

The senior leadership of Fitna al-Khwarij/TTP in Afghanistan was guiding this network at every step.

The entire cell involved in this incident has been caught and the operational commander has been arrested along with his three terrorist associates.

Investigations are ongoing and more revelations and arrests are expected.

Meanwhile, further revelations of the Judicial Complex G-11 suicide attack in investigations came to light.

According to sources, the suicide bomber came to Pakistan from Afghanistan several times during the years 2024 and 2025.

The facilitator who rented the room to the suicide bomber was also arrested. The owner of the room was also arrested.

The suicide bomber came to Dhok Paracha 23 days ago with his accomplice.

The owner of the house said in a statement that the house given to the attacker was sold to a woman but no agreement was made regarding the sale of the house.

The suicide bomber also came to Sector G-15 of Islamabad with his accomplice.

The mastermind of the District Courts attack has also been identified.
