No case hearing at IHC CJ’s court today

There will be no hearing of any case in the court of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Athar Minallah today following cancellation of the cause list, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday. 

As per the cause list, CJ Minallah had to hear 12 petitions today, including the one filed against the decision given by the Ministry of Law’s Information Commission and the one filed by the OGDCL employees.     

Following the cancellation of the cause list, the registrar’s office will issue a new one for the next week.
