Mayo Hospital Janitor Supervisor Suhaib has turned out to be running a torture cell inside the hospital where he tortured the attendees of patients, reported 24NewHD TV channel on Tuesday.

A video of him torturing patients’ attendees also went viral on social media. Suhaib used to pick the patients on suspicion of robbery and torture them physically.

Mayo Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Iftikhar suspended the Janitor Supervisor.

Mayo Hospital MS Dr Iftikhar told 24News TV channel that he has formed a three-member inquiry committee to investigate the matter.

The Chairman of the Committee will be Additional Director Admin Mayo Hospital Dr Khalid Bin Aslam while the members are Additional Director Dr Zubair Younis Butt and Office Superintendent Tehseen Zia Butt.

The inquiry committee will complete the investigation within 24 hours and submit a report to MS.

A janitor superior is supposed to supervise only the cleaning and maintenance of buildings/facilities.
