England captain Jos Buttler won the toss and put West Indies in to bat in the second Twenty20 international of the two teams' five-match series in Grenada on Thursday.
"It looks like a good wicket, we fancy a chase today," Buttler said after the toss at the National Stadium in St.George's.
England have made one change as they chase a series-levelling victory after losing by four wickets in Barbados on Tuesday.
Moeen Ali replaces Ben Duckett in the middle order.
England made a flying start to Tuesday's series-opener but came unstuck after a mid-order batting collapse.
"We got off to a fantastic start in the first 10 overs -- we just need to tidy up the back 10," Buttler quipped Thursday.
West Indies also made one change, with Gudakesh Motie coming in for Romario Shepherd.
The series is a key staging post for both sides as they build towards next year's T20 World Cup, which will be staged in the United States and the West Indies.
