Petrol, diesel prices drop in Pakistan

The government on Saturday night decreased the prices of petrol and diesel for the next two weeks. 

The government has decreased the high speed diesel price by Rs4 per litre, petrol by Re1 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs3.20 and light diesel oil by Rs5.25. 

The new price of petrol is now Rs256.13 and diesel Rs263.95. The new price of kerosene oil is Rs171.65 and light diesel oil Rs155.81. 

The new prices will be effective at midnight.

The Finance Ministry has notified the new prices of the petroleum products with prime minister’s approval.
