PTI MPA attends standing committee meetings despite resignation

Reports emerged that opposition members of Punjab Assembly attending meetings of sub-committees despite tendering resignations and also availing facilities of TA and DA while performing their official duties, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to details, Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of Punjab Assembly Adnan Dogar presided over a meeting of standing committee on forests and wildlife recently.
Later, it was decided to keep the matter secret and halt its release on internet. The proceedings of meetings were also hidden.
Sources said that special instructions were given not to release any details of the issue.
