Saudia Airline issues fresh flight schedule for Pakistan

The government has released its schedule of special repatriation flights for a period of five days starting from June 16 to June 20, 2020.
According to the plan, at least 45 flights will operate in next five days to bring back Pakistanis stranded abroad.
Saudia Airline will operate 7 special flights during the above said period to bring back Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia.
June 16
Saudia Airline will repatriate Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia to Islamabad and Lahore on two special flights.
June 17
The Saudi Arab-based airline will bring back Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia to Islamabad. Another flight will take Pakistanis from Saudi Arab to Karachi.
June 18
Saudia Airline will operate special flight and fly Pakistanis from Saudi Arab to Peshawar.
June 20
Saudia Airline will take Pakistanis from Saudi Arab to Islamabad. Another flight will fly Pakistanis from Saudi Arab to Peshawar.
The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD) said that the government had so far repatriated more than 61,000 stranded Pakistanis from 50 countries, with thousands still stuck at the foreign shores, looking for their return amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
