Two dead, one injured as bus falls into river in Gilgit

As many as two people lost their lives, one was critically injured while four others went missing when a vehicle carrying a marriage party fell into a river in Gilgit on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The incident took place near Burdas Nagar.
Rescue 1122 sources said that seven persons were on board the ill-fated vehicle, and the bodies of two persons were recovered during the rescue operation.
All persons were returning after participating in a wedding ceremony.
Rescue 1122 divers and local volunteers took part in the operation, which was underway till the filing of this news.
