'No one was perfect...': Sonu Sood urges public for kindness as Ibrahim and Khushi's debut 'Nadaniyan' get hate
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood came forward in support of new stars Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor over the criticism for their film Nadaniyan.
He urged the public to show some kindness towards the newcomers in the industry.
Talking about Nadaniyan, Sonu Sood said that the success and failure of a project does not only depend on male and female lead roles but its the responsibility of the entire project team.
Sonu wrote, "Be kind to debutants in the film fraternity and elsewhere. Nobody was perfect when they started. We all learn with experience. Only a handful get a second chance."
He stressed that every performance—good or bad—is a collective effort of the entire team. "We are all learners. Let’s support and encourage them," he added.
Concluding the note, he asked his followers and other social media lovers to “spread love”, wrapping up the message with a heart emoji.
The Netflix film Nadaaniyan, which features Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor, faced criticism from the public.
But there are some social media users who understand that everyone needs time and practice to become perfect.
One user wrote, “A person who mastered their field today started as a beginner once. When talent emerges we should encourage it and let the skills flourish. Constructive criticism > unnecessary hate”, with another writing, “Wise words! Everyone starts somewhere—let’s uplift, support, and spread positivity”.
The film was released on March 7 on Netflix.
