Former Pakistani cricketer's Shoaib Malik's birthday note to his wife has added more fuel to the reports that they have separated instead of dousing them as the rumour mill on social media has been in overdrive ever since Sania Mirza uploaded some suspicious posts.
Shoaib Malik in his birthday post for her wife Sania Mirza did not express any romantic affection for her, rather it was just a formal birthday wish.
Shoaib Malik in the Twitter post for his wife did not use any romantic words like darling, babe, baby, love of my life or any other references to express his feelings. Rather it appeared to be a casual note like one sends to his or her friend on his or her birthday.
It seemed like a formality post that was supposed to be on his social media platforms to shun the divorce rumours.
Looked like, the cricketer missed a precious opportunity to hit the "divorce rumours" out of his way.
Shoaib Malik said, “Happy Birthday to you @MirzaSania. Wishing you a very healthy & happy life! Enjoy the day to the fullest...”

Pakistan batter Shoaib Malik has penned a sweet birthday message for their wife Sania Mirza amid rumors of their divorce. With the Indian tennis star turning 36 today, her husband took to social media to wish her.
The two widely-followed sports stars tied the knot in 2010 and welcomed a baby boy, Izhaan Mirza Malik, in 2018. The Pakistani batter took to Twitter and Instagram to post a message wishing Sania Mirza a very happy birthday.
Pertinent to note that both Sania and Shoaib, as per the various media reports, were contemplating divorce and the tennis star even moved out of her Dubai residence which she had shared with Malik.
Interestingly, both Malik and Mirza have not responded to speculation about a potential split so far.
Sania's recent posts on social media gave rise to speculation that something is not right between the two. She recently posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, "Where do broken hearts go?" "To seek Allah."
Shoaib Malik used the same text in his Instagram post:
