‘Cheesa Gang’ busted

A special squad of Kotlakhpat police, led by SI Umer Daraz, has busted a notorious gang, a press release said late on Wednesday.
The DIG (Investigation) issued special directives to the SSP to bring to book the outlaws that had become a challenge. SP Model Town formed a special squad under the supervision of DSP Kahna Circle to finish the task.
According to the press release, Kotlakhpat Investigation Incharge SI Rana Umer Daraz led the team to nail the gangsters when they were planning to commit a crime.
The ‘Cheesa Gang’ was wanted to police in motorcycle theft, mugging, mobile snatching, pickpocketing, swindling etc. Police named the nailed as Muhammad Asif, Ali Hamza and Hyder. The lawmen recovered a motorcycle, mobiles, arms and ammunition worth Rs600,000
