NA passes resolution against torture on PA’s Deputy Speaker

Amidst the intensified political temperature in Punjab Assembly, the National Assembly Saturday passed a resolution condemning the attack on the Deputy Speaker, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the torture on Dost Muhammad Mazari, adding that in simple words, it is a demonstration of violence and bullying.

PM Shehbaz said that the disappointment of former prime minister Imran Khan and inciting towards violence is creating chaos in the society.

PM Shehbaz took a jibe at ex-premier and said that Imran Khan himself is attacking the democracy.
