Punjab Governor refuses to administer oath to Hamza as CM

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) backed Governor of Punjab Umar Sarfraz Cheema has refused to take the oath from newly elected 21st Chief Minister Punjab Hamza Shehbaz.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, after emerging the situation like centre, now the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court will administer the oath from the newly elected CM Punjab.
The sources said that the Punjab Governor has declared that Hamza Shehbaz was not elected constitutionally so he will not take the oath from Hamza Shehbaz.
The sources said a constitutional experts’ team has briefed the Governor about the unconstitutional process regarding the election of the new Chief Minister.
