Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said all the today incidents that happened in Punjab Assembly are regrettable.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Shujaat said it is regrettable to injure Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the Punjab Assembly during the session.

Shujaat said the Nawaz League’s members had received encouragement after entering police inside the Punjab Assembly chamber.

He also raised the question that was the job of the police only to protect the opposition members and Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari and his supporters?

The PML-Q president also said when the life of Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi was not safe in the Punjab Assembly then what can the common man expect now?

Anyhow, he said he along with Ch Wajahat Hussain is on the way to Punjab Assembly but facing difficulties in reaching there and has stuck at Mall Road, Lahore as they are being informed that the road is closed.
