PML-Q Punjab Vice-President Chaudhry Saleem Baryar called on Acting Governor Chaudhry Parvez Elahi at his residence in Lahore on Sunday and discussed the political situation in the country. 

According to a statement issued in Lahore, Saleem Baryar briefed Ch Parvez Elahi about the situation regarding party affairs. Parvez Elahi appreciated the efforts of Saleem Baryar for the party.

Issuing necessary instructions regarding party affairs, Parvez Elahi said the process of organizing the party should be completed soon, the officials and workers should be mobilized at the grassroots level.

Parvez Elahi said “We have always given priority to the solution of the public problems; the economic situation is very weak because of corona nowadays. Pakistan Muslim League-Q distributed medicines and rations to deserving families during Ramazan and on the occasion of Eid, supporting deserving people should be continued even after coronavirus.”
