LPG price up by Rs5 per kg

The price Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs5 per kg across the county. Domestic users will be buying the commodity at Rs105 per kilogramme with effect from August 15.
Authorities have raised the rate by Rs230 for commercial consumers.
Closure of Taftan border is being cited as the reason for the rise.
At the onset of the ongoing month, OGRA notified the raise for the locally-produce commodity by Rs18.48 per 11.8kg cylinder.
