Burewala Saddr police Tuesday arrested an accused who allegedly abducted his six-year-old cousin and murdered her after rape, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the police, the accused identified as Sufyan Ali, 17, is a son of the paternal aunt of the deceased girl named Iman Fatima, and both families lived in the same house.

“The medical report has confirmed rape of the girl; there were also bite marks on her face,” police said.

“The accused will be sent to Lahore today for DNA examination,” police added.
