SC disposes of contempt petition against late Khadim Hussain Rizvi

The Supreme Court on Tuesday disposed of a contempt petition against Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) founder late Khadim Hussain Rizvi for being ineffective, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“Both plaintiff Barrister Masroor and defendant Khadim Hussain Rizvi have died. [So] the case is disposed of,” the apex court ruled.

A two-member bench, headed by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail heard the case.
