People of Balochistan are rising against terrorism: DG ISPR

The people of Balochistan are fed up with terrorism and are actively pointing out the trouble-makers and their facilitators, said military’s spokesman, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

This was said by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, during a special session held with students participating in the internship programme organized by ISPR.

During the session, a detailed discussion took place about Pakistan, with a special focus on Balochistan.

The ISPR director general highlighted the sacrifices being rendered by both security personnel and civilians.

The ISPR chief emphasized that an operation in any area can only succeed when the local population identifies the terrorists themselves.

He stated that the people of Balochistan are indeed rising against terrorism and are actively pointing out terrorists and their facilitators.

He praised the Baloch people, describing them as highly intelligent and far-sighted.
