Train engine derails near Matiari

The engine of the Pak Business Express train going from Lahore to Karachi failed at Wahab Shah Railway Station near Matiari, while the replacement engine coming from Kotri derailed near Ditha Station, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Due to the derailment of the replacement engine, the up-track and down-track have also been completely closed.
According to the railway administration, due to the closure of both tracks, passenger trains have been stopped at various stations including Al-Hudno, Sanand, Palijani, Kotri and Hyderabad due to which passengers are facing difficulties in the intense heat.
