Veteran stage actor Anwar Ali discharged from hospital after recovery

Veteran stage actor Anwar Ali has been discharged from Ittefaq Hospital after battling health complications for the past fifteen days, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday. 

The renowned comedian, widely admired for his decades-long contribution to Pakistan’s stage and comedy industry, was admitted due to kidney and lung-related ailments.

Doctors closely monitored his condition throughout his stay, conducting complete medical tests and providing treatment to stabilize his health.

On Saturday, doctors confirmed that Anwar Ali’s condition had significantly improved, allowing him to return home.

He was also prescribed medication for continued recovery at home.

Despite his fragile health and invaluable contribution to the entertainment sector, no financial assistance or support was provided to Anwar Ali by the government or cultural institutions during his illness.
