Relatives open fire over patient death in Lahore hospital

The relatives of a patient who died in a hospital Wednesday resorted to violence and opened fire in the hospital, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the details, a patient was brought to Surayya Azeem Hospital at Chuburji Chowk of Lahore where he could not survive and passed away.
The relatives of the deceased, who was a diabetes patient and was admitted to the hospital two days ago, alleged that he was died due to the negligence of a male nurse of the hospital.
Upon the death of the patient, the aggrieved relatives could not control their anger and attacked the hospital staff. They tortured e a member of the staff, Tariq, and broke his teeth over the alleged negligence.
They even opened the fire in the ward and a bullet hit the arm of an attendant with the patient.
The police reached the hospital and have arrested the two accused involved in thrashing the crew and firing at the hospital.
