The Joint Investigation Team (JIT), that was formed to investigate the incident of attack on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, has summoned three federal ministers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

As per the official sources, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and Javed Latif have been summoned by the JIT.

They have been asked to appear in the Capital City Police Office (CCPO), Lahore on December 18 at 11am.

A notification for their summoning was released under Section 160 of the penal code.
