The Crime Investigation Department (CID) police Thursday summoned Tasneem Haider Shah to record a statement as the Sharif Family is accused of conspiring for the attempted murder of former prime minister Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

Tasneem Haider, who earlier claimed to have been instructed by Nawaz Sharif to plan for Imran Khan’s murder, stated that Tariq Chaudhry and Barrister Mahtab Aziz were also present there with him.

He stated that he registered a statement regarding Sharif Family's involvement in the murder attempt on Imran Khan and also gave evidence to the CID Police.

Tariq Chaudhry has submitted a petition for filing a case against Nawaz Sharif and he himself is a witness in that application.

The CID police discussed the legal aspects of the evidence given by Tasneem Haider Shah with his lawyer.
