19 rabbit hunters arrested in Rawalpindi

Wildlife Rangers arrested 19 people for hunting rabbits with dogs in Rawalpindi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to details, when these people were shifted to Police Station Chuntra, Rawalpindi, Sub-Inspector Aslam refused to detain them on the transaction.

The suspects surrounded the Punjab Wild Rangers vehicle upon its return from the police station.

Later, the suspects refused to pay Rs1,00,000 as a fine.  Female officers of the Punjab Wildlife Rangers were also present in the vehicle.

The Punjab Wild Rangers team escapes to save their lives.
