Fazl says he's unaware of any 'London plan'

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Monday he is unaware of London Plan.

He was referring to the allegations that a conspiracy was hatched by opposition parties and spearheaded by the PMLN to send the PTI government packing.

Earlier the “illegitimate” government proved itself incompetent and now it seems the government is ignorant too, he remarked while talking to media.

“For 13 months people have been tried under Article 6, committing suicides at the hand of abject poverty.”

The JUIF chief said that "we don’t accept the government that was formed after extensively rigged elections".

Maulana’s statement comes in a reaction to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent statement that said Maulana Fazlur Rehman should be tried under Article 6.

More recently, Sheikh Rasheed repeated this suggestion yesterday.

The Federal Minister for Railways had said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman should be tried under Article 6 but in the same breath, he said that Maulana is too old for it.
