Mohsin Naqvi rejects VIP box, prefers watching matches with fans
PCB Chairman puts $400,000 VIP Box in Dubai's stadium up for sale
The International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy is set to be a spectacular event, and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has made an unexpected decision regarding his seating arrangements, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The UAE Cricket Board had allocated a VIP hospitality box to Mohsin Naqvi for the Dubai matches. The 30-seat luxury box was valued at a whopping $400,000, but the PCB chairman chose not to use it.
Instead, Naqvi has decided to sell the box and watch the matches from the general enclosure, opting to enjoy the tournament among regular cricket fans rather than in an exclusive setting.
This move has been seen as a significant gesture, showing his preference for staying connected with the public rather than enjoying elite privileges.
