Flight schedules changed amid foggy conditions in Faisalabad

Due to the foggy conditions, the flight operation at Faisalabad International Airport was severely affected as some flight schedules have been changed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Flight FZ392 from Faisalabad to Dubai was delayed for 4 hours and 41 minutes due to heavy fog. While flight FZ391 from Dubai to Faisalabad was delayed for 4 hours and 24 minutes.

Two-way flights from Faisalabad to Sharjah have been rescheduled. Flight FZ344 from Faisalabad to Dubai was delayed for 1 hour and 1 minute.

According to Faisalabad International Airport officials, flights were rescheduled in case of a significant reduction in fog.

On the other side, Fly Dubai and Air Blue have resumed flight operations from Quetta. 

Fly Dubai has landed at the Quetta Airport for the first time after November 27th in the last year. Fly Dubai will operate one daily flight from Quetta to Dubai.

Meanwhile, Air Blue Flight has landed at the provincial capital after November 20th, 2021 at Quetta International Airport for the first time.

It is pertinent to mention that Fly Dubai has suspended its flight operations for a limited period on technical grounds, while Air Blue suspended its flight for operational reasons.

While the meteorological department According to the Meteorological Department said the weather will remain dry and cold in most parts of the country tonight.

In Balochistan, the weather will be cloudy in upper areas and northern Balochistan. In the upper region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, North and North-West Balochistan.

Meanwhile, heavy fog is expected in the plains of Punjab. Light drizzle is expected in Rawalpindi, Attock, Murree and Jhelum.
