Asif Zardari summons PPP leaders to Lahore

Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Co-Chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the party’s central leadership to Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

People's Party leaders Sharjeel Memon, Nasir Hussain Shah, Mukesh Chawla and others will reach Lahore today.

According to sources, PPP leaders will finalize preparations for the PPP rally to be held in Lahore on January 21.

The PPP leadership will also review the election campaign of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in NA-127 and in this regard Asif Zardari has summoned the party leaders to Bilawal House this evening to review the election activities in the constituency, the sources added.

The sources further said that former president Asif Zardari will also visit NA-127 tomorrow.

Asif Zardari will inaugurate election office of PP-161 candidate Faisal Mir.
