Hub Power Company offers to buy Sindh Engro coal mining project

Hub Power Company has made an offer to buy the Sindh Engro coal mining project, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Hub Power Company will buy shares of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company. However, Hub Power's interest in Sindh Engro coal mining project is subject to regulatory approvals.

In this regard, Hub Power Company also informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The Board of Directors of Hub Power Company already has approved the contract with Sindh Engro Coal Mining.
