Court bars NAB from arresting Amir Muqam

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday stopped the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arresting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Amir Muqam in assets beyond means case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The PHC has also extended Amir Muqam’s bail before arrest till September 3.
The PHC issued the restraining order on a bail petition filed by Amir Muqam who is a former federal minister and once served as an advisor to the prime minister.
