Unidentified gunmen martyred police officer named Gull Rehman in Lakki Marwat of Bannu Division on Saturday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The dead body of the deceased was shifted to the city hospital.

The incident occurred in Machan Abad street in Lakki Marwat.

Gull Rehman was serving as a pay officer in the Lakki Marwat District Police Office (DPO).

Local police have launched a search operation to nab the culprits on the move.
