Shazia drug dealer arrested with one kilo of ice from Kasur

A woman drug dealer was arrested with one kilogram of ice (crystal meth) worth millions of rupees in a major anti-narcotics operation, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

According to the report, the accused, identified as Shazia Bibi, wife of Muhammad Saleem and a resident of Basti Chiragh Shah, had allegedly been running a notorious ice-selling racket in the B-Division police jurisdiction, targeting local youth and contributing to widespread drug abuse in the area.

The police operation was conducted under the supervision of SHO Muhammad Aslam Bhatti of B-Division Police Station.

Police acted on a tip-off and apprehended the suspect near Rasul Pura with a full kilogram of the high-potency drug in her possession. The operation is being hailed as a significant breakthrough in the fight against drug trafficking in the region.

According to the police, the suspect had been distributing ice among teenagers and young adults, causing serious harm to the local community.

A case has been registered against the accused under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and further investigation is underway to uncover her possible links to larger drug networks operating in and around Kasur.
