'We gave her our blessings’, Zoha Tauqeer on mother Ayesha Jahanzeb's remarriage
Pakistani actress Zoha Tauqeer has candidly spoken about her mother Ayesha Jahanzeb's second marriage, revealing that she and her siblings wholeheartedly supported the decision because their mother's happiness always came first.
During her latest appearance on Fuchsia Magazine, Zoha reflected on how the family embraced the major life change and shared that accepting her mother's remarriage was never difficult.
When host Rabia Mughni asked whether it was challenging to accept her mother's second marriage, Zoha responded without hesitation, saying, "Not at all."
Speaking about the family's reaction, she revealed that all three siblings were fully supportive of Ayesha Jahanzeb's decision.
"We always knew, even as children, that it was important for our mother to be happy. She asked for our permission before getting married again, and I found that so sweet. Even our new father asked us if we were comfortable with it, and all three of us happily gave our approval."
The actress also shared how her family welcomed new siblings after the marriage.
"For us, children are always just children. My brother used to feel that he didn't have a brother because my younger sister and I were always together. So, he was actually very excited about having new siblings."
