Three people were killed in a crossfire between two rival groups over a land dispute in the Mandi Maveshian area of district Chakwal on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Police said that the incident occurred in village Norang near Rawalpindi Road. Police further said that a dead body was also found, who was gunned down, near Mandi Maveshian.

Chakwal DPO Muhammad bin Ashraf said that teams have been deployed to arrest the accused killers.

According to the initial reports, the rival groups had a land dispute that led to the killing of the three persons.
