An unpleasant situation developed during former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s address to the Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) on Thursday when one member of the Bar put to him some difficult constitutional questions, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Aleem Abbasi asked him as to how he would justify the conduct of former Punjab governor Umar Sarfaraz Cheema; what he had to say about the National Assembly (NA) speaker and deputy speaker’s violation of the constitution.
Abbasi said the opposition was within its right when it had moved the no-trust motion against the PTI government.
The IHCBA member also made it clear to him that he should bear this thing in mind that the lawyers listening to his address were not the workers of the PTI.
But Imran preferred not to answer these questions and went ahead with his address.
