Pakistani television legend Bushra Ansari has addressed speculation about her appearance after questions from fans and critics.
She clarified that she does not get traditional lip fillers.
The veteran actress explained that people often assume she has undergone lip enhancement procedures, but insisted that the rumors are based on misunderstanding.
Bushra shared that after spending nearly five decades in the public eye, any cosmetic change would be immediately noticeable to audiences.
According to her, she has never opted for procedures.
Instead, she revealed that she occasionally visits an aesthetician for a much subtler treatment.
The actress explained that because she naturally has thinner lips, she prefers having a slight outline added around the borders of her lips to create better definition.
Bushra showed her lips from different angles and mentioned that the purpose of the treatment is not to make them appear fuller or exaggerated.
Rather, she described it as a minor enhancement that helps sharpen the lip line while maintaining a natural appearance.
The actress also acknowledged that cosmetic procedures have become increasingly common in the entertainment industry.
Bushra noted that she has always believed in being honest with her audience.
She said she sees no reason to hide aesthetic treatments, but wanted to clarify that the procedure she receives is very different from the lip fillers many people assume she has undergone.
