Shahida Raza’s dead body reaches Pakistan

The dead body of national woman hockey player Shahida Raza, who had died in a shipwreck off the coast of Italy the previous month, has reached Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
As per the official sources, the dead body was brought to Karachi from Italy via Istanbul, the capital of Turkey.
The body will be brought to Quetta through a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK310.
It will reach Quetta by 2pm today and be handed over to the next of kin.
It is to be noted here that national woman hockey player Shahida Raza was among the 60 people who died in an immigrant boat crash in Italy a couple of weeks ago.
According to reports, four Pakistanis were killed in the boat crash incident.
Shahida Raza, an athlete and sportsperson from Quetta, played hockey for Pakistan Women’s Hockey Team. She was a four-time football player of the Pakistan Football Federation.
